Realty Restoration was formed in 2001 by David Davison, CR* and is a proud member of Austin NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry).

David is a Master Electrician and Certified Remodeler* with over 30 years experience in the construction and remodeling industry.  He specializes in design-build residential renovations and additions, as well as new construction.

One of Realty Restoration's most acclaimed projects to date is the renovation of a residence on Small Drive, which was completed earlier this year.  This restoration was one of nine chosen for the 5th Annual Austin NARI Tour of Remodeled Homes, and was honored with the highly esteemed Best of Tour designation.   

As an added bonus, David earned the prestigious title Contractor of the Year for projects in excess of $250,000.
