The owners’ intent for this bathroom remodel was to simply update the space to reflect their personal style and to remove the tub in exchange for a roomier shower and better showering experience. The investment figure was as tight as the square footage we had to work with. Still, our team's ingenuity and frugality exceeded our clients' expectations. We checked all the boxes concerning their functional desires for privacy, a more conducive grooming layout, and a therapeutic showering experience. Additionally, this is now an Instagram-worthy primary bathroom with loads of sophistication with an Art Deco influence.
